Tube Axial Flow Fan
We have in store for our clients, a robustly constructed range of axial flow fans that is used in general ventilating and air conditioning fields. Suitable for areas where several combinations of air volume and pressure are required, these fans are accurately constructed with components such as casing, impeller, bearings and many others. To meet the application requirements of various industries, we also undertake customization of these fans.  
The specifications of these fans are as follows:
  • Available in sizes from 12" to 66"??
  • Air handling capacities of 1800 MCH to 120000 MCH
  • Operating pressures 6mm to 45mm for water gauge static pressure?
The constructional details of these flow fans are mentioned below:
Casing Covers the over all length of the motor and the impeller
Fabricated from mild steel plates with connecting flanges on both ends
Provided with external terminal box (except for flameproof motors) and inspection door
Impeller ?Aerofoil section, cast aluminum alloy
?Dynamically balanced for smooth performance
Bearings ?Standard ball or ball and roller bearings
Driving Arrangement ?Operated either with direct drive arrangement or V-Belt drive arrangement through bearing shaft & pulley
?In case of V Belt drive arrangement of the motor is mounted on outer side of the casing and shaft is driven with V-Belts
Hot Air and Gas Application ?Suitable for air and gas up to temperature of 65°C
?For temperatures between 65°C & 150°C, these fans are made of V-Belt drive type arrangement
Equipped with special high temperature lubricated ball bearings
In order to ensure timely deliveries of our consignments, we would request our clients to furnish the following information while placing the order:
  • Capacity in MCH/CFM?
  • Pressure in mm/inches of W.G.?
  • Type and method of drive preferred (whether a direct drive or a drive through V-Belt and pulleys)?
